I called in an order from Florida. I must say the service went far above anything I may have expected. The flowers were beautiful, delivered on time and fresh. She even went above and beyond and delivered a plush bear on her own time, after she closed her shop. Thank you! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

When in Anchorage or having flowers delivered in Anchorage. I always use the Alaska Flower Shop. Great service, great value. Sometimes I feel there prices a little high, but you get what you pay for. I have always gotten quality arrangements. Will continue to use when in town. Thank you for the great customer service and the attention to detail:)

These guys are absolutely phenomenal I'm in Indiana and ordered for my girl friend at the collage up there and everything from the call to customer service and ability to fit my needs was fantastic! They delivered a beautiful bouquet to my love on time and at a price that worked with me. I would go back and highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful flowers, very friendly. I live in Utah, my daughter is up there,so when I want to get her flowers I call, tell them what kind of flowers and what colors. I leave the rest up to her. My daughter has loved the arrangement every time and they are delivered on time, every time. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11.

Alaska Flower Shop did an amazing job of providing a funeral arrangement for our needs as we trekked the four hour drive to the Copper River Valley! And of all weeks, to have a funeral service on Valentine's Day! Despite their MANY other orders for that week, they provided us with a beautiful arrangement and were open early enough, and on a Sunday (since Valentine's was a Sunday this year!), so that we could pick it up and be on our way in time to make the mid-afternoon service. There were many appreciative compliments made by those in attendance, including the widow and children of the deceased. Thank you, AFS!

I’m not local (East coast) and I used their service to send my mom flowers for her Birthday. Everything worked out great and my mom loved the flowers. Couldn’t be any happier with doing this from across the way - most the international flower services online are way more expensive than going to a local shop that delivers. Thank you.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely amazing service! There were some delivery issues (my fault, not theirs), but the team went above and beyond to help. They were kind, understanding, stayed in touch, and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. The flowers were stunning — super fresh, beautifully arranged, and full of life. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. Customer service? 10 out of 5. So polite, warm, and professional. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely order again. Attaching a photo, but they looked even better in person!
